This amazing couple had welcomed their newest member to the family a little over a month ago and wanted some photos to help capture this precious time in their lives. Most of my newborn sessions are indoors at my client's home, but this family loved the idea of having the photoshoot take place outdoors at the beach. They got married at the beach so it was only fitting to come back full circle as they celebrated expanding their love and their family.
The tide was out, creating plenty of dry shoreline to use and clouds rolled in creating a beautifully textured sky and soft light. It was a dream capturing those adorable tiny toes and perfect little fingers while on the sandy beach.
The little one was fussy when the session began, but as soon as he was laid down on the blanket nestled in the sand, he became the most calm and happy baby! I was in awe! Most babies want to be held, but he was completely content on the ground. We were able to get beautiful photos of both the baby and the family for the rest of the session. I'm excited to share a few of them with you here!
I absolutely loved getting to meet this amazing family and I'm so excited for them in this new chapter of their lives!
