Clarissa and Alex are a dream couple! From the moment we had our consultation call I could tell that they were a couple that everyone gravitated towards. They're a gorgeous couple inside and out and the wedding day was filled with smiles, hugs, and friends and family celebrating their special day.
When I first arrived, I was introduced to grandparents, aunts and uncles, siblings and friends. Everyone was so so warm and welcoming. Clarissa's mom, Sarah, who I had never met in person, greeted me with a huge hug. I honestly felt like a part of their family.
The details of the day were elegant and classy. Clarissa was stunning in her dress and Alex looked sharp in his suit. The florals were breathtaking and the wedding colors were beautiful! The couple exuded a happiness to finally be married and you could tell they were in love!
The reception was complete with decor, lawn games, food, and even an ice cream machine! This was a hit with the young and old alike- and as a fellow ice cream lover myself, I was in heaven! It was the perfect weather and the sunset washed over the venue and guests with warm light.
When it was time to dance, that's when it really became lively! Let me tell you- this family knows how to party! I absolutely loved getting to capture these fun moments. They rallied around each other as they busted out moves, created a conga line, and even country swing danced! I looove country swing dancing! (Fun fact, did you know I actually took 2nd place in a country dance competition in college?) I love dancing! Now someone please get my husband on board too! ;)
The day wrapped up with a beautiful sparkler exit. Once in the car, the couple had to flip around on the dead end road so they got a cheer from the crowd for a second time as they took off down the street. It was the perfect end to the perfect day!
